Perfect for spot cleaning, small spaces, or one-time messes, this service is charged by the hour and includes convenient delivery and pickup. Book for as little as one hour — pay only for the time you need! * Please allow a one-hour delivery window from your selected start time. Your rental clock begins only once the vacuum is delivered to your door.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance to ensure proper delivery scheduling. Hourly rentals are available in 1-hour increments; you may book multiple hours as needed. Daily rentals are available in 24-hour blocks, starting at the time of delivery. Customers must be present or available for scheduled delivery and pickup unless otherwise arranged. Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows or failure to receive the delivery may result in a full charge with no refund. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. If a slot opens, you will receive a notification via email or text with the option to confirm your booking. Waitlist confirmations must be made within 1 hour of notification to secure the spot. Damage or Loss Policy Customers are responsible for the care of the rented vacuum cleaner during the rental period. If the vacuum is lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, a replacement fee of $400 will be charged to the card on file. Please contact us immediately if you experience issues or accidental damage during your rental.
